For account access, reservations, venue onboarding, privacy requests, or account deletion, email [email protected].

Include the email address or Jordanian mobile number attached to your account, but never send your password, one-time code, full card number, or Apple credentials.

Account deletion is also available inside the app at Profile → Delete account.
