Include the registered mobile number or email that identifies your account and a brief description. For a booking, include its reference; for a charge, include the payment reference and branch. Never send a password, one-time code, full card number, security code or Apple/Google credentials.
Find account controls
Account settings contain language selection, notification preferences, policies and the deletion option available to your account. Use Delete account to confirm deletion, or submit and track Request account deletion when that option is shown. Staff awaiting activation can request deletion from account setup. For an existing subscription, Billing contains status, refresh and cancellation.
For a physical service or a last-minute booking question, contact the venue using its published contact details. e7jz support cannot guarantee that a venue can fulfil or change a booking.
Listing safety and moderation
Do not submit illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive or misleading listing content. Public venue-content changes are submitted for operator review before publication. We may reject content, hide a listing or restrict access when content or conduct breaks these rules.
Use Report this listing in a venue’s menu to report inappropriate content. Signed-in reports include the venue, selected reason, optional details and reporting account identifier, and are reviewed by the platform operator. Guests can contact [email protected]. Give only information needed to explain the issue; do not include passwords or sensitive personal details.
Block this business hides the business’s listings on your current device for the current account, with a separate guest preference. Manage this under Account → Blocked businesses. Blocking does not cancel existing reservations; they remain available for history and cancellation. Saved places and blocked-business preferences are stored locally and may remain on another installation or browser until its storage is cleared.
