A seat, held.

Discover and book a table, a chair, or a court across Jordan. Free for every guest.

Three kinds of place. One way to book. And a record of who actually shows up.

Tables, chairs, courts.

Restaurants, rooftops and bakeries book by table, for one to twelve. Barbers, beauty salons, dentists and aesthetic clinics book a named specialist, in 30- or 60-minute slots. Football fields and padel courts book a court — the venue decides which one.

You don't pay. Ever.

No booking fee, no deposit, no card on file. There is no payment screen in the app because there is no payment. Venues subscribe; you just book.

Showing up counts.

Miss a booking and your show-up rating drops; turn up and get seated and it comes back. Venues carry a separate score — compliance — which only moves when the front desk logs a couldn’t-seat or a diner files a report.

Near you, not tracked.

“Near you” uses your phone’s GPS and nothing else. Distance is worked out on your device from the venue’s own coordinates. No map provider, no trail.

How a booking actually works

  1. Pick a place

Thirteen categories, from restaurants and rooftops to barbers, dentists and padel courts. Nothing in the feed is a paid placement — no venue buys its way up the list.

  2. Pick a time

Live availability, fourteen days ahead. Tables ask for a party size of 1 to 12; specialist venues ask you to choose your specialist, in 30- or 60-minute slots; sports venues show how many courts are left. Full slots are struck through.

  3. The venue confirms

Your request goes in as pending, and the front desk answers it from one screen. A push tells you the moment it is confirmed. If the house is full, join the waitlist and watch your position and the quoted wait move in real time.

  4. Show the code at the door

Your ticket carries a QR code and a reference in the form RSV-XXXXXX. Show it to the host and you are seated in seconds. Changed your mind? Cancelling is one tap, and it is free.

Free to book — no payment, ever.

JOD for diners

More guests. Fewer missed bookings. One live desk.

e7jz helps people discover your venue, book without waiting on a busy phone line, and gives your team one place to manage every reservation, arrival and waitlist.

  • Be discovered when guests are deciding

Your venue appears in the relevant category and in nearby discovery, with photos, branch details and live availability. Guests can find you while choosing where to eat, book an appointment or play—without a paid ranking buying the top spot.

  • Capture bookings your phone misses

Guests can send a booking request while your line is busy, after hours or while the team is serving someone else. Requests arrive in one queue, ready to accept, confirm or decline without repeated calls and handwritten notes.

  • Turn tables with a clearer plan

Live slot state shows what is available, awaiting reply, confirmed or closed. Check guests in by QR or code, block breaks and walk-ins, and use the shared waitlist to offer the next opening instead of losing the next party.

  • Run reservations from one place

App bookings, walk-ins, arrivals, cancellations and waitlist guests stay in one operational view. Every status is visible to the front desk, reducing duplicate work and making handovers easier during a busy shift.

  • See demand, not guesses

Track bookings, booked covers, unique listing views and peak hours in Amman time. Use that pattern to plan staffing, availability and promotions around the periods that need attention.

  • Give each branch the right team

Each branch keeps its own desk, hours, staff and subscription. Co-owners, branch managers, front-desk staff and specialists receive role-based access, so people see the tools needed for their shift.

JD 19per branch, per month

One plan with everything in it: your listing, bookings, the front desk, analytics and nearby notifications. The first 30 days are free, once per business, and a missed payment gets a 7-day grace period. Cancel any branch on its own.

The numbers behind a seat that's actually there

Thirteen categories, two ratings, and nothing for a diner to pay. That is the whole product.

13

Categories, from restaurants and rooftops to barbers, dentists, football fields and padel courts. Each one books the way its trade works.

2

Ratings, not one. You are scored on showing up: a no-show lowers your show-up rating, turning up restores it. Venues are scored on compliance — on whether they seat you.

0

What a diner ever pays. No fee, no deposit, no card on file — and no payment screen anywhere in the app.

Questions, answered

Is it really free?

For diners, yes. No booking fee, no deposit, no card on file — the app has no payment screen at all. Venues pay a flat monthly subscription; you never pay anything.

Do I have to call anyone?

No. You pick a date and a time and the request goes in as pending; the venue confirms it from its front desk and you get a push either way. At the door you show a QR ticket with a reference in the form RSV-XXXXXX.

What is the show-up rating?

It is your half of the deal, and hosts can see it. A logged no-show lowers it; showing up and being seated restores it. Cancelling early costs you nothing — cancelling is one tap and free.

What if the venue can’t seat me?

Then the miss is theirs, not yours. The host logs a couldn’t-seat, it counts against that venue’s compliance, and your own show-up rating is untouched. At most one violation is counted per reservation, so one bad night is never charged twice.

How does “Near you” work without tracking me?

Your phone hands the app its own GPS position, and the distance to each venue is worked out on the device from coordinates the venue itself published. Nothing goes to a map provider and no location history is kept.

How does a venue join?

Send a partner request with the venue and its branch. We set up the page, the desk seats and the team codes with you, and the first 30 days are free — once per business. After that it is JD 19 a month per branch, cancellable branch by branch.
